Online Legal Consultations and Continuing Our Dedication to all of Our Clients

These are turbulent times to be sure, but rest assured that AutoAccident.com remains committed to providing uninterrupted service to each and every client we represent. We have spent years protecting the security and well-being of our valued clients, and now, more than ever, we are here to provide unwavering guidance and support. Our team has taken steps to work remotely so that we can continue to deliver outstanding service and care to injured people whose livelihoods depend on us.

Current Clients:

As always, our staff will devote their experience and energy to your case to help ensure it moves forward on schedule. We will continue to negotiate with insurance companies, speak to adjusters, and work with forensic experts and our investigators to resolve your case as quickly and effectively as possible. Our team will continue to be available to you via phone and video chat so you can remain in contact throughout the process.

New Clients:

If you were injured in an accident, please know that we are here to help. Simply call (916) 921-6400 or (800) 404-5400, and we will be happy to review your case free of charge and provide experienced guidance about the next steps to help restore your life back to normal.

During the Stay at Home Order, if we are unable to meet in person, we will invite you to discuss your case face-to-face with one of our caring and experienced staff members using a video conferencing app such as Zoom, a secure video app for your smartphone, computer or tablet. Zoom provides the personal experience of an in-office meeting from the safety and convenience of your home.

After May 27, 2020, we will also be meeting clients in our office. For the safety of all, we will take your temperature with a forehead thermometer (as we do with all our staff) and will meet with you in our disinfected conference room wearing a mask. For safety sake, we require prospective clients to wear a mask as well. (We have free ones).

Despite the antiseptic nature of our precautions, you’ll still be greeted with the warm, personal service for which we’ve been known.

Rather Meet Outside Our Office?

For those of you who would rather meet outside, instead of in the office, we’d be glad to meet you anytime from 8 AM until 10 AM or after 5:30 PM. Please call our office to schedule a time and location. We are here to make the process safe and easy.

We Will Get Through This Together

No one dealing with the pain, expense, and insecurity of an accident should be limited to their own resources, especially not now. The present crisis presents a unique opportunity for us to renew our dedication to one another. Our commitment to your health, comfort, and security – now and going forward – has never been greater.

If you need our help at any time, please give us a call.

Sincerely,

Edward A. Smith
