David Waterworth joined the Law Offices of Edward A. Smith recently with well over 20 years of legal and business experience. His most recent job was the Senior Personal Injury Paralegal for a law firm in Oakland, Ca. He relates his powerful client focus skills and superior subject knowledge toward successful outcomes in the personal injury field. The key to that success is helping injury victims seek justice when facing the daunting experience of dealing with “the system”.

David’s past work experience includes Managing Business Director for a Danville, Ca. law firm; the Owner of a small entrepreneurial company, providing accounting services to small businesses and a varied career path at a major provider in the Telecommunications Services industry. David’s educational background includes both a B.A. in Marketing and a Master’s Degree (MBA) with a concentration in Business Marketing from California State University at Sacramento. Regular seminars are attended to keep current in the everchanging Personal Injury field.

During his leisure time, he was the WCCYSL (Soccer League) President/Treasurer, a soccer coach and a little league baseball manager-coach. He finds value in motivation and striving for the best possible outcomes. As an avid golfer, swimmer and fisherman; he is always looking for that next great day! He is married to his beautiful wife, Kimberly and have three children, two grandchildren and three fur babies. Foremost, his family and friends are greatly loved, valued and cherished. In fact, he recently sold his home of 25 years in the Bay Area and moved to be closer to his growing family in Rocklin, CA.
