Mary, for most of her life, has been an entrepeneur. She started out her business life as a co-owner of Sierra Window Coverings right here in Sacramento in 1959.  The business is still operating and a tribute to the efforts Mary and her husband put into it. After a divorce and three sons later, Mary moved herself and her three young sons to Alaska where she raised them. Even after the children left Alaska for schooling, Mary stayed for some 20 years operating her businesses both in Alaska and Hawaii.
After her children had grown, Mary decided to go to law school to learn the law.  She graduated from McGeorge Law School in 1999.  One of her sons became interested in the law as well and attended law school at Duke University at the same time Mary attended McGeorge in Sacramento. Mary cheerfully says he is her greatest contribution to the law.
Mary is a very active person doing amateur carpentry, remodeling, pottery, gardening and the like.
People that are severely injured need understanding, empathy and help on a daily basis.  Mary, having gone through her own spine surgery, now is in a position to understand the daily struggles and fears for the future given her own personal injury experience.  She looks forward to a long and fruitful relationship with The Law Offices of Edward A.
