Didn't think they were going to be able to do much for me since I had almost reached 2 years after my accident . Unfortunately I was hit by a drunk driver who was released after two days of being in custody . A few months after the accident the pandemic hit so I was unable to get any physical therapy and was expecting a baby so there was a lot of treatment I was unable to do. The issue was transparency in how business would be handled. From our first sit down talk, with Robert Smith and yourself, I had requested that all paperwork be sent to both the address I was residing at as well as to my next of kin. Other than a few letters from your office I have never received any documentation from my case.
The next portion was changing of how a criminal suite and duo representation of both parties was presented as a insurance filling and veterans affair absorption. Leading to the final issue of term indebtment. A single bill was sent to me following a rejection of veterans affair payment of medical bills. After your office's refusal to send requested documentation to myself and requested parties, a continuous bill of $255,000 was sent to my place of stay. How does $60,000 cover $255,000 medical fees?
I had to pay for the police report, go to the Rancho Cordova police department while on cruches 3 weeks after incident. Your office has little handicap service. To explain, representation was not present.

I called Edward A Smith's Law Office with questions about recommendations for services for vendors he was familiar with.
